I didn't use it for nursing much as I found a pillow was easier, but it did have it's uses for playtime/tummy time.

I can't get a grip on the boppy, the baby falls through-
I really prefer the my breast friend.

This is a great, versatile product, though not essential (bed or couch pillows could do as well, though not as conveniently). I've used mine plenty. I encourage you to buy a cover--as breastmilk can leak!

I NEVER used this for feeding either of my children. However, I did use it for some good tummy time and for propping on occasion.

Best invention ever. After my daughter stopped nursing so much, I still sat with it around me to read, etc. because it is so confortable!

My 8 year old still has her Boppy! This is a versatile and comfy gift to give and get. It helps Mom nurse comfortably, allows the newborn to snuggle or sit up on the bed or playpen and as they age, it becomes a treasured pillow to rest their little heads. My daughter now uses it as her reading lap pillow. So cute!

I love using my Boppy at the computer to nurse. My husband uses it to to hold baby while she naps and he plays on the computer.

I loved my Boppy. This pregnancy I do plan on buying a boppy cover as well. For nursing my newborn it was great and then for helping them practice sitting up it was even better.

I have a hard time using it for nursing -- my baby always rolls toward me when we try -- but it's perfect for tummy time! It's also good for tucking under my My Brest Friend pillow to make the height more comfortable for me.

We used our boppy to help our medically fragile child sit up. Of course, we used it a lot for tummy time also. When we were in the NICU with our son, the boppy was great for those days that we were allowed to hold him for hours!

You can't do better than a boppy pillow for nursing comfort and convenience! There are some really cute fabrics available too...

Being a larger person I found it difficult to use the pillow for breastfeeding, and instead used it more when my son was old enough to start sitting up and being more alert. At that point it was prop him up in and let him look around.

For breastfeeding, don't bother with the Boppy. But, it is great for propping up a newborn, or supporting a new sitter.

We didn't use it for nursing, but rather as a comfort zone for my preemie daughter once she came home for the hosiptal. It was the only thing that would calm her raw nervous system down and make her feel safe.

Not worth it if you are not nursing.

The Bobby was an OK product. I never used it for feeding my babies like some people recommended. I mostly used it to prop up my children during tummy time or when they were beginning to sit up.
