I loooove this book. Should be required reading for every 12 year old girl.

A must!

It is truly amazing how little I actually knew about my own body before I read this book! I was able to tell my doctor exactly why I wasn't getting pregnant without her even having to examine me. Of course, she did anyway, but then she agreed with me, prescribed some Clomid, and presto... pregnant!

Wonderful book for those who are trying to conceive naturally or if they're trying to avoid having children altogether. Great resource.

There should be a college course on this stuff. How amazing that no one teaches us all of these things!

This ought to be required reading in health class. I wish I had known what I learned from this book years and years ago.
Really, whether you're going to have children or not, the information in here is brilliant.

such a good book -- for all ladies, not just "sex havin" ones. everything a girl should know about herself right from the start of all those "new and exciting adolescent changes". didnt read this til i was 30. wish i had had a copy at 12.

This is so well written, so informative - really easy to follow. It sounds corny, but I really learned more about how my body works!

Every woman should read this, whether or not she is planning to have children.

This is an incredibly informative book. It was amazing to find out things about my body I didn't know, or realize. It explains the things to look for when you want to conceive...and when you don't. It suggests an alternative to synthetic hormone birth control. A must read!
